Please complete the referral form below to enroll in the Domestic Violence Education Program. This 13 week, trauma informed course is designed for individuals who have been referred or who are seeking education and accountability related to abusive or harmful behaviors in relationships.

The program focuses on understanding the dynamics and impact of domestic violence, including power and control, emotional regulation, and the effects of abuse on partners, children, and families. Participants engage in guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises to build self awareness, accountability, and healthy communication skills.

Please include any court orders, probation requirements, deadlines, or reporting expectations in the additional notes section of the referral form. This information allows our team to ensure compliance and appropriate documentation.

Once the referral form is submitted, our team will review the information and contact the participant to discuss enrollment, scheduling, attendance expectations, and payment details unless otherwise noted.
