Anger Management
The Anger Management Program is an eight-week, evidence-informed course designed to help individuals understand, manage, and express anger in constructive and healthy ways. Through education, discussion, and guided practice, participants learn to identify triggers, control emotional and physical responses, and prevent anger from escalating into harmful behavior. The program provides practical tools such as self-monitoring, relaxation strategies, and communication skills that foster accountability, emotional awareness, and positive decision-making.
Each session builds upon the last, creating a supportive learning environment that promotes personal growth and lasting behavioral change. Participants develop self-regulation skills, strengthen relationships, and gain confidence in managing conflict with respect and control. By the end of the program, individuals leave equipped with actionable strategies to maintain balance, enhance communication, and navigate life’s challenges with calmness and clarity.
