Melissa Wood
President
Melissa is a people-focused leader with over two decades of experience in social services. Her journey began on the front lines as a Juvenile Probation Officer, where she gained invaluable insights into the complexities of human needs and family dynamics. This passion for advocacy lead her to study law and then serve as both a CASA volunteer and a Guardian ad Litem. These roles deepened her understanding of the legal system’s impact on vulnerable individuals and reinforced her commitment to their well-being.
Jade Meusch
Director of Operations + Data Management
Jade has a background rooted in family service and a growing career in the workforce. With a heart for helping others and a talent for building connections, she began her journey supporting families through community based programs, gaining valuable experience in advocacy, and communication.
Now stepping into the role of Growth and Recruitment Strategist, she continues to apply those skills to empower individuals in their career journeys. Driven, compassionate, and focused on impact, Jade is committed to making every step intentional.
