Life Skills and Independent Living
NOW ENROLLING!
This eight-week, hands-on program teaches the real-world skills youth need to become confident and self-sufficient. Each week focuses on a different area of growth.
Our goal is to empower youth with the tools, support, and confidence they need to successfully navigate adulthood.
Domestic Violence Classes
Batterer Intervention Programs (BIPs): These programs are designed for individuals who have engaged in abusive behavior. The goal is to help them understand the dynamics of domestic violence, challenge their belief systems, develop non-violent conflict resolution skills, and take responsibility for their actions.
Support and Education for Victims/Survivors: These classes or groups provide education, support, and resources for individuals who have experienced domestic violence. They focus on topics such as safety planning, understanding abuse dynamics, building self-esteem, developing healthy relationships, and accessing legal and social services.

How can I make a referral to one of the programs?
To make a referral, simply select the program you’re interested in and click “Learn More” to complete the referral form. You can also call our office, and we’ll walk you through the process or help you submit the referral directly.
Who can participate in your programs?
Our programs are designed for youth, families in need of support, and individuals facing barriers to education, employment, or stability.
What if those time blocks do not work for me?
We understand that everyone’s schedule is different. If our current class times don’t work for you, let us know. Many of our programs offer multiple time options, rolling start dates, or one-on-one sessions. We will do our best to find a time that fits your schedule so you can still participate.
Do you offer one-on-one support or only group classes?
Both! We offer group sessions for peer learning and individual coaching for personalized support.
