- Services
We provide community-based and educational services to youth and families, including support services
that may take place in-person or virtually. Full descriptions, schedules, and costs of services are listed on
our Website. - Use by Minors
If you are under the age of 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before using this
Website or purchasing services. We reserve the right to require written consent and emergency contact
information for any participant under the age of 18. By allowing a minor to participate in our services, the
parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf. - Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. You agree to provide accurate and complete
billing information. We do not store or process payment information directly.
● Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
● Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
● You agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. - Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients may request to reschedule
appointments at least 48 hours in advance by contacting us at support@legalfamilyservices.org - User Conduct
You agree to use this Website and our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You
may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Website or service delivery. - Intellectual Property
All materials on this Website are the property of Upward Pathways, LLC and protected by intellectual
property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission. - Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising
from your use of our services or Website. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Information Collected: We collect names, contact information, and emergency details for service
delivery and billing purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Disputes shall be resolved in the
appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
